For the past 2, I've been going to this location as is close to work. We have gotten orders wrongs here or there, but they make it right most of the time. Today, for the first time, I placed the order there instead of mobile, but it was the worst experience ever. They have never messed up so much and did not make it right. I spend money and hope to have my drink right or make it right. I'm just speechless for the experience, as I tried calling to let them know they got all my order wrong and got hung up on. ☆☆☆☆ Disappointed by the Customer Service I live in the Summerlin area and stopped by this Starbucks for a business meeting. Before placing my order, I politely asked if I could use the restroom.
