Came here to get my birthday drink this afternoon and the sweet cashier working the window wished me a Happy Birthday. Took just a sec to also write it on the cup. It was such a kind gesture that really made my day. The drink is great! I didn’t get her name but thank you!!
My usual morning visit to this location was disturbed on this morning by the young lady working the window. First, when she took my order, she sounded as if she was annoyed to be working. Second, when taking my payment, I explained that I would be using a gift card and paying the remaining. She then in return asked with an attitude “So, you’re using points”. they staff seems to be unable to understand a simple order. perhaps it is because the are always fiddling with their phones
Very slow there were only 3 people in there and the took 20 min and all I asked for was a medium ribbon crunch
