No wonder a lot of Starbucks are closing permanently around this area.. your associates doesn’t even know how to talk nicely or even smile a little while taking an order. Feels like they hate their job.
I got sick from food and a cappuccino from this store!!!
One person working at Midday on a Saturday taking orders and making all the drinks. The wait for one coffee was 20 minutes. This is unacceptable. Starbucks, this aint it. Ill be going elsewhere.
Employees at this location need help to identify priorities. With such a long line in the shop, one employee was 100% dedicated to wash equipment with 40 minutes left before closing and didn’t even bother to help customers in the line. Then the other employee was solo ordering and making coffee with limited efficiency. She also didn’t seem happy to work on a Saturday and her face looks like I owe her some money.
