Bad experience – refusing water for a child I went to Starbucks and asked for a small cup of water for a child. The staff told me I had to purchase something in order to get water. I find this very disappointing and inhumane. It’s just water for a child – this shouldn’t be a problem. Very bad policy and poor customer service.
