I don’t know what’s going on at this Starbucks location, but the drinks are consistently off. Everything tastes overly milky and watered down, like the balance is never right. I’ve had the same drinks at other locations and they taste completely different, so I know it’s not the recipe it’s how they’re being made. Really disappointing.
It was one of those days. You probably heard the baby crying all over the place through the speaker. I was so frustrated that I couldn’t talk while the baby was crying. This latte made my day. Thank you.
When we came into Starbucks, we were greeted by Courtney, but stood at the register in front of “Jay” for five minutes. She did not look up from the register. She was ringing up a possible order and entering it into the register on an iPad. Once done, still without looking at us, she walked away and began speaking flippantly to her co-workers.
