the new hire that works in the evenings should not be working the evenings. i've been there a total of 3 times now. twice she (they if preferred) closed early. first time 650 .. ok fine fine i guess ...people have lives but it says seven.. but then again at 630???? and the first time i saw her there at 635 she was doing dishes, looks at me coming up said nothing just looked back over annoyed and after five minutes!!! i said hello? and she said "one minute doing dishes" which i could clearly see she was ... but she said it as... read more

Malcolm, the barista, is the best Starbucks barista I’ve ever met! Malcolm made the best frappuccino of my life, but most importantly did it with a kind smile and absolutely made my day.
