I visited the store recently and had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members. It felt like they were trying to avoid taking any responsibility to the customers in line by continuing other tasks and not taking orders. Note: she was the only worker which is bad on weekend rush. When I finally reached my turn, I asked for help regarding the in-store app, they seemed uninterested and avoided giving clear answers. Front counter employees are just rude and don’t give welcoming vibes.
We went to this location as we were leaving Target... I wish we would've done the usual and went to Polo Club instead. We told them our order... To start, one drink was to have 8 flavor shots, but only 3 was written on the cup. It was supposed to come with cold foam, but the guy behind the counter insisted it didn't, although every other Starbuck's AND the app say differently.
