I visited the store recently and had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members. It felt like they were trying to avoid taking any responsibility to the customers in line by continuing other tasks and not taking orders. Note: she was the only worker which is bad on weekend rush. When I finally reached my turn, I asked for help regarding the in-store app, they seemed uninterested and avoided giving clear answers. We went to this location as we were leaving Target... I wish we would've done the usual and went to Polo Club instead. We told them our order... To start, one drink was to have 8 flavor shots, but only 3 was written on the cup. It was supposed to come with cold foam, but the guy behind the counter insisted it didn't, although every other Starbuck's AND the app say differently. So I ordered two drinks which of one I was taking home to someone that was hot. I asked for a stopper and I was told they can’t pass those out to us anymore unless it’s a drive up order. I said OK do you have a sticker I can put over to keep it warm and not spill it. I was told no again those are for our drive up customers. I said drive up. You don’t have a drive-through?
