Sad to read some of the negative reviews. My experience was a good one here. I was helped by a kind person, she listened to my issue when the incorrect drink was made and remade it perfectly. Another guest had actually taken my drink which explains why the mistake happened. I saw this person cleaning and taking care of the small thingsin the restaurant and it turns out she is the owner. I know she will continue to improve the location and can say that she endeavoured to make me feel happy with my purchase. Keep it up Keisha!
Baristas are the best! They all know me and my drink and greet me with a smile every time !
I just watched 2 people in a row ask for a specifically customized beverage, not like it, then complain about it as if the staff did something wrong. I think big corporations have ruined America, but these Karen's are almost as bad. The service here is great, all you have to do is be kind.
I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. My drink was made wrong, and when I politely asked for it to be fixed, the employee grunted at me like I was bothering her. When I spoke to the manager, she did nothing to help and even raised her voice, acting annoyed that I complained. I won’t be back — there are two other Starbucks locations right down the street with much better service.
