Establishment only accepted gift cards and cash?! I was asked if I had the Starbucks app and I did, so I tried to use the app not realizing I couldn’t use my preferred payment method, and was rudely told that payment method was not accepted. Starbucks associate was extremely unprofessional and lacked maturity. Rolled her eyes right in front of me to another employee. Might be beneficial if employees were reminded they work a customer service job and to leave their attitudes at home.
great peaceful vibe inside. Drinks are always perfect! The staff is phenomenal!! Always so nice, they enjoy their jobs! The young lady today at noon is a gem!!!
Shout out to Keisha, she is always friendly, pleasant and attentive.
Too hot inside economy AC
they were telling everyone in line that there is a wait period for their orders (I would understand if there was just one person working but that wasn't the case) so if we weren't willing to wait at least 15 minutes we shouldn't order. three of us in a row walked out lol . They are losing customers and the staff could not care less
