They can definitely do better. The place is often dirty—tables and floors don’t look like they get cleaned regularly. The staff seems unapproachable and honestly a bit irritated most of the time. But more than that, this review is about the coffee itself. As a longtime customer who knows and loves the brand, I can say there’s a clear difference in the flavor and quality lately. If the service isn’t going to be great, at least keep the coffee consistent. That’s the least loyal customers expect.**
