I had to wait one time for one drink for over 35 minutes because they had a new person who had no idea how to do anything. Secondly today the lady was incredibly rude and I felt like she should not work in customer service with the attitude she had. There wasn’t even any issues and she had such a nasty attitude you would think she spit in the drinks.
