I asked for Carmel Mocs frappe and lady gave me Frappuccino there’s a a difference and I always got it there so basically what I have to do is go to another cop Starbucks around the corner and get the same thing what I’ve always gotten this lady is obviously new and does not know what she’s doing. I’m writing this review because they are rude and they don’t know what they’re doing. They got all these employees and no training.
Customer service was impeccible. I only had $5 and they were able to accomaodarr my request though.
One of the nicest Starbucks stores. Friendly service, plus clean environment!
