Everyone here seems miserable even Saw one of the drive through attendants flipping off someone while taking an order.
This by far is the slowest Starbucks around for folks that walk in. The drive ups and mobile orders are given first preference whereas those of us that walk in and greet the baristas are on the bottom of the list. If the priority is for drive ups and mobiles than close the doors for walkins! And to boot on a Saturday morning like today, 3 folks are working their asses off. Very poor management. I’ll be going back to the one on Gartrell.
First, I’ll say that I hate Starbucks so it’s kind of not fair and I haven’t been to one in years thankfully. I had to go to get travelers for my company event. It was a terrible experience. Nobody wanted to look up and make eye contact probably because they can’t look at anything but their phone anymore and when I asked them questions about what the contents were, they could barely give me an answer then once I got it and I had already expressed the things that I needed and I said I need more cups.
