Every time I come here, every barista is serving the drive tru and there's nobody to take my order in. I have to wait for over 10 min. It's ridiculous.
When I came in I was the first couple of people I asked for 3 cake pops and a drink they gave everyone behind there stuff first while I waited 35 minutes just for cake pops and when I reminded them they seemed annoyed
Everyone here seems miserable even Saw one of the drive through attendants flipping off someone while taking an order.
This by far is the slowest Starbucks around for folks that walk in. The drive ups and mobile orders are given first preference whereas those of us that walk in and greet the baristas are on the bottom of the list. If the priority is for drive ups and mobiles than close the doors for walkins! And to boot on a Saturday morning like today, 3 folks are working their asses off. Very poor management. I’ll be going back to the one on Gartrell.
