I really liked the service in this specific Starbucks. Staff is always sweet and have never had a bad experience, but the one day I come in on a busy Saturday, I believe their manager was openly degrading the baristas. Pointing out small mistakes (like not enough ice) during a huge rush and standing in the middle not helping. The staff was clearly overwhelmed and doing the most they could while only having two people working. Seriously target save those baristas.
Sergio is always smiling and trying to help. Great service and quality!
Spilled my drink on myself (don't know if it was her fault or mine as she was handing it to me) and this lady asks for a freaking tip while I'm trying to clean up and hand her my card. Gross behavior Starbucks since when do yall push tips THIS hard? For handing me a drink? Wow
This is a great location. The staff are wonderful, especially Jay. It's always a pleasure to see him, he is so friendly and inquiring, it makes my day when he's working!
