The drink was decent - I had gotten a 12 oz hot latte, when rhe lady gave me the drink, it felt light. I went out to my car and opened the cup, it was not full, if being conservative, it was maybe 2/3-3/4 full. I am not pleased with the service since I was the only person there. It would not have been too hard to steam a little more oar milk to fill the cup that I paid extra for the milk alternative.
