I am not a happy Starbucks customer. And to think that today is my birthday and I placed an order that wasn't fulfilled is not only heartbreaking, but the transaction wreaks of nonexistent customer service. I ordered a Medicine Ball Tea and specifically requested two Teavana Peach Tranquility Tea Bags, more steamed lemonade than water, and eight pumps of honey syrup. Just went in for a quick pick me up and was greeted with a super friendly staff and a genius coffee master, Marcus. The recommendations were spot on and the drinks were magically delicious. 😋
