Pretty new and a great place for studying unfortunately they don't do online orders at this time that's TBD and since the Starbucks is only on the campus and the village even my drink was ok 3 stars on the service because baristas are getting insulted over non supporting mobile orders oh well.

Very disappointing service. I placed and paid for an order, but after waiting for about 30 minutes, I still did not receive my item. They even questioned me if I was lying. I asked the staff, and she said there was no such order. The other person who was making the drinks even questioned me, asking if I was lying by saying, “who did the order for you?” I said a blond girl with blue eyes in a low ponytail. I’ve met the worst customer service in my life at uw here. On Apr. 9, I asked one barista (maybe a student employee) for a fork. She first pretended that she didn’t see and hear me and later she cannot pretend anymore and be like this 🙄 saying “ASK HER, PLEASE”. Her face looked like she hates me for unknown reasons and I just lost my word atm. Definitely the worst person I ve ever met at uw
