If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, this was the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. I ordered a venti Pumpkin Spice Latte, expecting a smooth and simple process. Instead, the ordering was confusing, and when my drink arrived, it was overly sweet, missing the pumpkin spice topping, and served with a flat lid rather than the correct dome lid for foam.
