The drinks are okay sometimes but I regularly receive drinks with at least a quarter of the cup empty, especially when I order one of the hot lattes. I have gone elsewhere because the quality is inconsistent
I have to say Customer Service these days is definitely not what it used to be. The 5 AM Starbucks crew gives me hope that Customer Service will eventually come back around. These ladies and gentlemen greet me by name write quotes on my cups and tell me to have a good day. I just wanted to send a shout out to them and tell them thank you so much for everything that they do keep it up. It has not gone unnoticed. Julie McPherson
