I have to say Customer Service these days is definitely not what it used to be. The 5 AM Starbucks crew gives me hope that Customer Service will eventually come back around. These ladies and gentlemen greet me by name write quotes on my cups and tell me to have a good day. Working all the way in Williamsburg, I have a hefty commute for my m-f 9-5. This location has made every morning the absolute BEST on my way in! And I'm not even kidding. Everyone is so sweet, kind and genuine. Most of the time I don't even have to order, they already punch it in as soon as I say good morning at the speaker! I have been having issues lately with the Turkey, Provolone & Pesto on Ciabatta. It is my favorite sandwich from SB, but at this location when I get delivery, 70% of the time the presentation is just too poor. Half of the sandwich is empty, naked.
