This is the 2nd time this month I've gotten stuck in the drive thru with 1 car holding up everyone for over 20 minutes. This is unacceptable. Tell your employees to have the problem customer pull up so everyone else can move through the line. There is no excuse for this. I understand people are difficult, which is why you should have them come in if they have an issue instead of coddling them in the drive thru at everyone else's expense.
Love it here
This Starbucks location has consistently been awful. Their coffees are always weak and their cold brews taste like water. Very disappointing!
