Came there to place a order around 1245pm. Guy calls my name and tosses my food on the counter like it was trash with no eye contact and just kept walking away. It was quite rude, definitely not going back to this location.
After a long drive from Vancouver, I parked at this Starbucks. I noticed they had a nitrogen vanilla coffee being served here. I couldn't resist. First off, my hat goes off for the staff here. Talk about hospitality. I was asking if I could use there washroom first after a long drive from Canada, and reassured them I would buy something. I just had one of the most disappointing experiences at this location. While waiting for the family in front of me to finish ordering, I decided to use the restroom before placing my order. When I asked for the restroom PIN, the employee asked if I had already made a purchase. I was shocked and offended by the question—especially since I’ve been a loyal customer for over 12 years. 6 baristas and you still have to wait 5 minutes for a coffee when there is no line. Less talky more worky. They made drinks for people that ordered after me before mine. Typical Starbucks.
I am a Starbucks customer, have the app etc.i asked for the restroom code. I had consumed several beverages from Starbucks already today.. hence why I needed to use the restroom. Was told I had to be a customer to get the code. I'm not spending more money just to open a door to the bathroom. It makes me not want to step foot in here again the way I was talked to, just give the code if it's not harming anyone. My husband and my infant were waiting for me outside.
