Was having a really bad morning, came in to get a regular coffee, and was surprised that they had the two kindest people working that day. Shout out to Nate and Rory, y'all made me laugh in addition to making a really good brew. :)
One white young lady during very busy morning thus week, I was ordering dark roast coffee, brought my own cup, she bangs a mug in front of me but doesn’t say anything, rudely picks up my cup and with an attitude slams my cup into the mug, oh i said is that what you wanted me to do? She smirks and takes care of my order I paid without tipping, tips are NOT a given, it must be earned,
This is a wonderful Starbucks! They're extraordinarily friendly and efficient and it's a pleasure to come in here. They know their regular customers by name and you always feel welcomed. Veronica and Angie are extremely friendly and make everyone feel at home.
