I’m starting to feel like the nitro machine at the Starbucks is like the ice cream machine at McDonald’s, nobody wants to use it because it must be too hard to clean or manage. The machine has been broken for like two months now. It’s hard to imagine a multi billion dollar company like Starbucks not being able to afford to fix their nitro machine.
It has been the worse Starbucks I have came to, from their employees to their drinks. They should have nicer employees and know how to prepare drink properly. The girl that got our order and did your drinks was Hannah, don’t recommend.
Rachel is so sweet !! I come here pretty often so when I hear “welcome to Starbucks my name is Rachel , how are you doing today “ I know my drink is going to hit. 🫶
