I come to this starbucks almost every morning since it is right next to my office building. Today I had ordered a venti matcha chai latte and not only was the chai completely forgotten, the matcha was not sifted completely so there are huge chunks of matcha on my drink. I’m just disappointed because I was looking forward to my drink and it was just all sorts of messed up. Cannot get a remake because I am working too, so just unfortunate.
Great service! The staff here is super friendly and efficient. Food and coffee are OK The music is terrible, but I think it is the same in all Starbucks. Bring noise cancelling headphones and your own music.
