Typical Starbucks, with the exception for Larry. 11/10 worker my order is always perfect when they work. Past 2 times I've went and gotten my Mocha frappe and gotten it "lined" it's just a straight inch of chocolate at the bottom and makes my whole drink just taste of chocolate syrup. Ruins the whole drink :(
The wife got white chocolate iced venti with an extra shot and I got a hot mocha, yummy ( even though nitro cold brew is my favorite drink) quality coffee and top-notch service inside Safeway!
The staff at this Starbucks is outstanding! I asked for something between a cortado and a macchiato—basically a strong espresso with just a bit of milk—and they knew exactly what I meant and nailed it. It was absolutely delicious: strong, smooth, and just the way I like it. Starbucks always has good coffee, but it really depends on the baristas—and at this location, they’re top-notch. Great experience!
They don't respect the hours stated on Google, it says 8:00 pm and at 7:00 pm I went and found it was closed and they had the door open for me. This makes me waste my time and is disrespectful to the public because they don't respect the hours they claim to have. Thank you.
Horrible customer service. I gave myself 15 min to order and get my drink and pastry. The guy making the drinks kept making drinks for everyone after I ordered. 4 orders. He was mean and rude. He should not be working there. He kept yelling rude comments to me, and accusing me of things i wasn't doing. I ran out of time had to get a refund. I've never had such a bad experience at a Starbucks. May 30th 2025 around 945am.
