I had ordered a drink walked all the way home and then dropped my drink like a clutz. Miss Laney was very sweet and remade it for me, very nice of her.
Great Staff! A little noisey from cars at peak times but overall Great Store!
Horrible early morning experience. The lady taking my order in the drive thru had attitude and ended up making me one of the worst coffees . It frustrating wasting almost $10 to just throw away . It taste like an iced black coffee in ordered a sweet ice cinnamon dolce latte . Never again stopping there for my early morning coffee .
The in-store experience is not OK. Even when the café is empty, staff prioritize the drive-through even when there are plenty of staff working. With EVERYONE (all 4 or 5 people) wearing headsets and being disengaged, it feels like trying to get service from people who are on their phones—attention is elsewhere, and it’s unclear whether someone is available. Small, not a lot of seats, convenient and fast. My complex coffee and breakfast was perfect this morning and 6 am, early opening! Much appreciated!
