The employees at this location have become quite careless. I ordered a grande lavender matcha with oat milk. The screen said oat milk, the employee repeated the order saying oat milk, and the cup said oat milk. I took a couple sips and my throat started itching. I took the cup back to tell them it wasn’t oat milk, the girl in the front looked at the cup and said it was, again, I told her it wasn’t. She opens the top and smells it.
