Inside Target
This is easily the worst Starbucks-branded location I have ever been to. It is a Target run kiosk, not a real Starbucks, and the difference is extreme. The employees here are untrained, unprofessional, and unable to perform basic drink preparation at even a minimal standard. The operation is consistently dysfunctional. It takes the staff more than ten minutes just to begin making a drink. They regularly misread labels, rewrite cups multiple times, dump drinks out due to their own mistakes, and still manage to produce drinks ... read more

Asked for a tall fresh drip coffee with ice, the grande size of that is $3.15. The barista chose to interpret my order as asking for an iced coffee and charged $4.69. When I pointed this out, she offered a drip coffee "with a little ice on top". I wanted a full cup of ice with the drip coffee poured over it, but was embarrassed to quibble over a buck fifty, so just took the iced coffee. It feels petty to complain about this, but it irks me more to be deliberately guided by a company and buy a barista into paying more and tip... read more
