So, unfortunately, while the drinks are typically well made and the baristas are wonderful, this specific store is going downhill. Over the last year or so, whenever I walk inside, it has been smelling horrible. Like straight urine. I've talked to others, and they swear there's a rodent problem. I'm inclined to agree! I will be driving to a different store until this problem is fixed.
I always have enjoyed my experiences at this location and the friendliness of the night crew, but that was elevated even more so when I saw the Pride flag hanging in their store! In a time where it’s scary to be part of the lgbtqia+ community, both on larger and community scales, seeing the flag up lets me and others know that this is a place where me and others in my community would be safe and seen as equal. This location and Alcoa have both hung Pride flags which create a welcoming environment for those who may have previously felt unsafe in Benton. Thank you for this small gesture which has spoken volumes about your staff and company! I will be returning to support this location.
I was getting coffee for me and the kids and i saw a rat scurry across the floor… u can smell rat urine and i even noticed droplings, i will not be returning.
been coming here to this location since they opened and my little 6 year old girl asked me “why does this rainbow flag have more colors what does it mean” NO parents should have to have a conversation about the pride flag at such a young age because it is a VERY mature conversation to have and especially with a six year old. congrats you’ve lost a costumer, i have nothing wrong with it but it’s grooming my children.
