im being generous, i order a hot lavender hazelnut latte, and they dont stir it, qnd i showed up exactly 10 or so minutes after i placed it and im basically just drinking hazelnut which is horrid on its own, and i can tell they didnt use the sweet cream i ordered, yall the one time i dont go to alcoa for my drink and its just a huge disappointment lord didnt get greeted or spoken to when i picked up and everybody looked like they wanted to die
Carmel coffee is good
I absolutely LOVE the Albert Pike location. They are AMAZING! I will continue to keep coming back as often as possible. Zero complaints. Nothing but 5 stars every time I go there.
