I was short 4 cents on my order and your staff unwillingness to help me out. I could have use my points for the sandwich and I didn’t think about it because I haven’t have my coffee yet. I’m very disappointed with this location. Kindness go a long way guys. Please teach your staff to be generous to your customers and your customers will reciprocate.
I continue to get disappointed... I thought since I had a gift card from Christmas I would give it another try. My drink was watered down and not blended like my 7Brew . I wasn’t good about a watered down drink. I see why the parking lot is empty. Also why my people and I go out of my way to get coffee instead next door when our kids are next door at Swing Shop. I really wish they would just do better. I will say the girl at the front was nice. In the past that wasn’t always.
Update 4/20/26: Whoever made this one today done phenomenal. The VERY BEST one I've had yet! Great job! When I order extra mango dragon fruit and it cost me $1.25 more this is all I get? I order these almost daily, let's do better Starbucks!
Ordered from the wrong location. Called to let them know. RUDE person on phone was mouthy and unhelpful. I’ll drive the extra mile for better service and attitudes.
