Fleming Island SBs. 4-5 folks working, mayby more. I'm the only customer inside. Staff only focused on drive-through. Waited and waited to order coffee until I couldn't wait any longer. Please provide inside customers their due respect for service. We pay the same outrageously high price as those in their cars.
A few times I've been in here they've treated me nice
So the drive thru is more important than anything else? I ordered ahead of time and had to wait an extra 20 mins in store for my mobile order. I had to ask about my order and still wait after letting them know I was there for over 20 minutes. Im not even exaggerating. I watched the drive thru get serviced the whole time I was waiting. I watched everyone thst was in line and atleast 15 more cars fet serviced prior to them even acknowledging me in the store. Fix this. This is ridiculous and why I stopped coming to Starbucks.
