Arlene & several of her staff are the best at great service. Been at various times. I stop here before going to work. Friendly, feel welcomed even when they are busy. They remember my order, always have a smile. Quiet, clean, nice place to sit for a minute to focus quickly before heading to work.

Alright where do I start, been going to this one for a while and every time it's just so bad. I swear they do NOT put coffee in your iced latte. I always get an extra shot even and they just be putting out flavored milk. What else, like everyone else on here noticed they don't hardly acknowledge you exist and when they do you are just a huge inconvenience to them. Starbucks HQ needs to quality control this location.
