This was a very bad experience in City of hope Starbucks close to the BRAWERMAN CENTER. Everyone was lining up to buy drinks, but the staff making the beverages were not preparing them in order. I saw many people who were behind me in line already receive their drinks while I was still waiting. I went up to ask the staff member who was making drinks, his name is Chris, and he told me mine hadn’t been made yet.
