I came in and needed some guidance on what I could drink. Hot? Coffee? etc.- Jacey - I think that was the name- walked me through the options and was exceedingly patient with my indecision, helped me choose the EXACT right drink, prepared it professionally and suggested I let it steep before removing the teabag. I got home and tasted that and Oh. My. Gosh- it was PERFECT! Very good barista; very good attitude and knows how to deal with uninformed customers. Thank you!!!

The past few times I’ve been to this location the order has been wrong: wrong sizes, wrong drink etc. Additionally, the service is incredibly slow (I’m talking 15-20 minutes wait time).
