Ordered through Grubhub, selected "Peppermint Mocha" on the menu, and it arrived without peppermint or mocha. WHY WOULD ANYONE CHOOSE A PEPPERMINT MOCHA JUST TO GET YOUR WATERED DOWN GARBAGE PLAIN COFFEE? To add insult to the order, a note came and said they made it that way because the app told them to. Ummmm I ordered a peppermint mocha, did not touch the options, same as always, weird other locations get it right. Guess critical thinking is not required to work there.
Grub hub order, repeat of the same thing we always get. First, they put them in a bag, which in this case one of the three drinks had tipped - could have been the driver, but who puts drinks in a bag? That wasn't the worst thing though. Another drink a Peppermint Mocha, had a sticker that said, No Peppermint, No Mocha. NOW, considering I ordered a freaking Peppermint Mocha, WHY WOULD I WANT IT WITHOUT THOSE TWO THINGS? Employees sitting around doing nothing at all. Unwilling to assist customers. Waiting over 10 minutes past more order pick up time and still not ready. Meanwhile, 4 people are sitting around greeting people but not physically working
