I ordered an venti iced espresso and once I got my order, it was halfway filled. Plus the cup was FILLED with ice I’m pretty sure the ice was making it look like it was even full.
The older white lady working drive thru this morning was not pleasant. She rushed me ordering at the speaker then when I got to the window she didn’t greet me or say much of anything. Barely any eye contact. Drinks were great. Disappointing customer service.
Chaotic atmosphere with staff constantly on their phones; I also didn't feel welcomed. My coffee unfortunately tasted burnt.
