My mocha taste like water
Tried to get a black grande cold brew and Tyler or Taylor couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge me while he was working in an order. At moments he was just standing there waiting for the toaster oven to finish, with 30+ seconds on it. No ability to multitask nor acknowledge whiling standing and waiting. After 4 minutes of waiting, I walked away. Poor effort.
