I love this specific starbucks location. I will normally place a mobile order while picking up my fry’s grocery order and it’s seamless every-time. The staff are always friendly and my drink is made PERFECT! Thank you!
Not allow to "hands out" just iced water without a purchase here. Although I said I would pay for it. I already had my coffee and sandwich this morning. Been a customer for 20 yrs, this is the first!
I am writing this review as a former barista who worked at this kiosk. Unfortunately, the behavior of Elizabeth - Starbucks’ lead - led to my departure from the company, as I could no longer accept her harsh and unkind words towards me. Once, when I had exchanged a broken tumbler for a customer (after getting the ok from the assistant lead), I was greeted with a note. Boldly written in all caps were the words “NOT ACCEPTABLE!!
