Went above and beyond there is a T-shirt going on and when I say, they went above and beyond to get me my tea, I mean it
Too bad I just spent $6 for a pumpkin spice cream latte. And wait over 10 minutes for the 2 kids that apparently did not know what they where doing and had zero customer service skills tell me they do not have the sweet cream. Okay fine then give me a sub and why are you just now telling me that. There were about 5 people ahead of me and the Starbucks employees were more concerned about their private conversation than getting items out. I waited for about 10 min before I was even acknowledged. I work in customer service and I tell people to give me a min. This lady just chatted with her co worker. I asked for a Swiss cressant and was told the oven was off. Not down just off. And she rolled her eyes at me. Like ok. I hate this place.
