Went above and beyond there is a T-shirt going on and when I say, they went above and beyond to get me my tea, I mean it
Too bad I just spent $6 for a pumpkin spice cream latte. And wait over 10 minutes for the 2 kids that apparently did not know what they where doing and had zero customer service skills tell me they do not have the sweet cream. Okay fine then give me a sub and why are you just now telling me that. There were about 5 people ahead of me and the Starbucks employees were more concerned about their private conversation than getting items out.
