Allison the cashier, messed up all our drinks and we had to go back and pay extra for the “correct” drinks after they messed them up. Mind you, I come to Starbucks every single day, I know what I’m ordering, and they tried to say I told them to make it “that” way. Horrible service from all team members. Horrible manners, unprofessionally managed.
Do not come here, go to another Starbucks it’s worth the extra drive time to not come here. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
It is what it is I had just got coffee but we needed to charge the battery in my wife's electric wheelchair And Starbucks always has plug inside! Got a pumpkin loaf. Was great maybe expensive And a cup of free water Because even though it was early evening it was Phoniex and extra hot outside still Fast and friendly service And no comde for the bathroom
One of my go-to Starbucks stops while I’m out working in North Scottsdale and Desert Ridge. As a local real estate agent, I’m constantly between showings, client meetings and properties, so it’s a great spot to grab a coffee, catch up on emails and get some work done while charging my car. Convenient location and an easy place to be productive between appointments. Only 3 stars because at least 4 of the power outlets were loose in the back on the booths. Couldn't charge laptop, phone, nothing. Seems like the issue has been brought up before in the reviews. It's Starbucks....how can you not afford to fix this issue by now? However the baristas were very sweet, kind, and my drinks were made perfectly (for Starbucks standards). Very satisfied in that department!
