Been to many Starbucks.. This is absolutly the worsed ever!
I’ve been visiting this location for over a year and something is definitely wrong here. Last 3-4 visits, no matter the time of day or number of guests, same results: slow inattentive service, coffee takes FORVER to get, employees chit chatting and taking their sweet time, etc. It’s not any one thing that is egregious, it’s just overall lack of urgency, quality service, and oversight. Visited a lot of Starbucks. This one is struggling with the basics….just my two cents.
I am extremely disappointed in this Starbucks. It is the nearest Starbucks to me and because there are some nice employees who know how to do their job and have excellent customer service I keep going. But the 2 so called managers one of them being Peyton are terrible managers I don’t even know how they became managers! Every time Unique or the only guy tha works there my experiences are perfect but the managers seem to know my name and order and they mess them up all the time!
