Went to pick up a mobile order and waited in drive through line for almost 20 minutes. Once we got our drinks, they were all separated and disgusting! A bunch of caramel just sitting on the bottom. I used a straw to stir the drinks up and the caramel was just caked up onto the straw. Was left with nothing but a weird aftertaste and couldn’t even drink the drinks. This is my 3rd bad experience at this location!
Super disappointed. The first time I came here it was absolutely wonderful and the last three have been awful. Why keep coming back? Because it’s right next to where I live. So I finally downloaded the app and came by today. Got my drink lid was not on spilled my drink on myself. I should have checked the lid first, but are you kidding me? Secondly I just got to check my points my receipts not in there. Nothing is in there like the dude didn’t even scan it. Just super frustrating. It is not that hard to do this job. The Starbucks at Quincy and Piccadilly consistently shines with the friendliness of their servers. We go about twice a month for a coffee-based treat, but the people are the standout reason to stop here!
