I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for over 10 years, and it’s been great to see how much it has improved over time. I remember when this location was much smaller — cozy, but often crowded and hard to find a seat. Since then, they’ve expanded by taking over the next-door space, and the difference is amazing! I ordered my usual—a triple shot blonde espresso over ice with salted caramel cold foam. The barista even confirmed twice that I wanted ice, but when I got my drink, it had no ice, a different lid, and just didn’t look right. I waited a little longer than usual, so I was expecting a better result. Really disappointing experience, especially since I get this drink all the time. Hopefully, they'll pay more attention next time.
