It wasn’t really a busy day, the lady in-front of me finished her order and stepped aside. I walk up to the counter and the cashier immediately walks away to the back, and appeared to be stocking stuff. The other employee also ignored me, and instead of taking my order, was wiping the counters and machines. I waited a good 4 minutes to order while they stocked, cleaned, and conversed. I ordered an egg sandwich on the app and my card was charged. When I got there they said they were out of the item, and no refund was offered. No apologies either. This is horrible customer service.
Sucks. People there sucked. Drink sucked.
This is by far the most welcoming Starbucks I've been to. The staff here is the best. Everyone works together to get the job done and everyone is super friendly and courteous. I love this location 😊
