Barista forgot to enter my order in the queue and then tried to convince me they gave it to me already How much tip is required to get a coffee within 30min?
They said their machine didn't work when I ordered tall pike place and asked me to order Americano. I don't drink Americano because of its Cholesterol level. But I accepted it as I had to sit and do something at that time. I am pretty sure that another Starbucks then would have charged the pike place price what I actually/originally ordered. No excuse was heard and no customer service was provided.
This location always disappoints. They just don’t make things correctly or put any care into the products. I won’t return or DoorDash from them anymore. Never had a problem with any other sb location.
