They said their machine didn't work when I ordered tall pike place and asked me to order Americano. I don't drink Americano because of its Cholesterol level. But I accepted it as I had to sit and do something at that time. I am pretty sure that another Starbucks then would have charged the pike place price what I actually/originally ordered. No excuse was heard and no customer service was provided.
This location always disappoints. They just don’t make things correctly or put any care into the products. I won’t return or DoorDash from them anymore. Never had a problem with any other sb location.
Most of the drinks are made to standard. Very little places to stand after you order and know that there's no drive through but their pretty quick and absolutely friendly.
