Muy buen servicio
The staff working today (11/9/25 at around 10:00 AM) were moving incredibly slow. The barista who took our order spent nearly two minutes doodling on our cups and writing our names instead of focusing on the order. I ordered a white hot chocolate, which typically has five pumps of white mocha syrup, but this drink tasted like plain warm milk with no sweetness at all. I’m really disappointed that we paid $6 for a drink that wasn’t made correctly.
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL, go to any other starbucks, the girls working there are incompetent. They go on their phones while there is a line then go back to work without washing their hands, the drinks are made wrong, a rediculus wait time for no reason just because they are so slow and love to stand around just gossiping instead of working. Everybody was friendly and the service was fast. Biggest turn off was the guy behind the counter with the long beard, not wearing a beard net ....leaning over people's drinks and getting them food. It was pretty gross
