I’m giving it a 2 star just because I’ve been here before and yes, the counters tend to be dirty where the straws and creamer are, and the wait times are long, but the people working tend to be reliable. I visited this Starbucks on August 16 at approximately 2:40 p.m. and received extremely poor customer service. The employee was rude, unprofessional, and made me feel unwelcome. This was one of the worst service experiences I have had at Starbucks. Management should address how customers are treated at this location.
Just too expensive for what it is. The only reason I was there today was because my 2 teenage nieces insisted.
