I have never had any problems at any Starbucks before. This one was dirty especially around the counter where you get cream or napkins and stirrers. The guy behind the counter was talking on his phone while taking my order which was not only confusing (since I didn't know who he was talking to) but also disrespectful and unprofessional. The 4 mini vanilla bean scones were given to me in a cellophane sealed container and looked like something I could have bought cheaper at a grocery store.

Unbelievably loud staff. I came here to get work done and they've made a terrible atmosphere with the yelling and cursing. I understand chatting but there's no excuse for that volume. No wonder the place is empty. I was shocked.

Rude customer service, woman at front counter had attitude problem. Couldn’t really answer a question about a drink.. workers were talking the whole time and moving like snails had to wait 20 min for one drink and there was one other person in line. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable . They hire high school kids and this is the outcome. Nasty attitude and drink sucked. Asked how it was made and of course a dirty look and very vague answers

This location is a joke. The two girls working here are more busy talking to one another than doing their job. Also, who trained them to hold the cup you're about to drink out of by the inside? I don't want your dirty hands in my drink. Obviously they are NOT server safe. One more thing. One girl kept wiping her nose with her left hand and I never saw her once wash them. Absolutely disgusting!!!
