I just came at 10 p.m Sunday and no one showed up for 10 minutes
I just had such a great experience with the barista Julia. She was incredibly friendly and so helpful. All of the staff there is always wonderful but specifically Julia needs extra praise. Great job!
Every time I grab a Starbucks inside the Randall's grocery store in Westlake, Texas I regret not driving across the shopping center parking lot to the actual Starbucks store. The young ladies at the Starbucks in Randall's are not highly trained baristas and their customer service is very poor!!!! My drink is never worth the money and they always charge for more sweet cream whereas the other stores do not. Nope - not going to order a drink from this Starbucks location ever again and I suggest you do yourself a favor and drive... read more
