I recently had a bad customer service experience at this location. My cashier performed way below what we typically expect from the Starbucks brand. JuJu, the onsite manager was very helpful and considerate. I discreetly pulled her aside to explain my experience in detail. She agreed that it was not acceptable and offered to make up for it. She assured me that she would properly address the employee at the most opportune time. I greatly appreciated her good gesture. Terrible customer service here. I walk in and am the only customer, but none of the 3 employees acknowledge my existence while I stand there waiting. Had to ask them to help me. A bad place to start the morning. 👎

Terrible service. My husband picked up the order, with my phone with him to make sure he can show them receipt in case they asked. They accidentally almost gave away my order to someone else, good thing he was paying attention. They said they don’t carry the Italian sausage egg bites anymore, not my problem, fix your app and tell your customer if they want substitute. Unfortunately, it seems like they wasted our time on purpose.

Ordered a venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino for my birthday, but the drink wasn’t filled to the top. Even with whipped cream, there was noticeable empty space, which was disappointing. Nice touch with the “Thank You” on the cup, though.
