Slow last two times this store takes so long to prepare phone orders. First time around with slow experience was over employee drama. Second time around just slow.
I clearly had a Starbucks cup in my hand and I asked for a cup of water and that little girl in the front told me she couldn't give me a water because I had to buy something. So I explained to her that I just had my cup with me? And she told me they don't give out any water, no more. I'm not sure if they actually don't give any water or is that girl?
