Consistently the worse Starbucks location on the west side of town. Slow service, inattentive staff, drinks often are improperly frothed or the ratios are wrong resulting in either weak or overly strong drinks. Two weeks ago they handed me a food item that was still partially frozen. Tonight I was the only car in the drive through @ 6:40pm, it took 5 minutes waiting at the window before either the of the employees there took payment. Do not recommend going to this specific Starbucks. Every single time I’ve gone, my drink tastes like complete trash. It’s only ever this specific location. They are slacky with the drinks they just do not care. It’s especially not fair to pay so much just to get drinks that taste watered down and like the milk is spoiled. Never ever going back to this location. Very disappointing!!!!!!!
I spent a half an hour in line. The kids were no rush to serve the customers terrible customer service avoid
