This is the second time I picked up an order from this Starbucks , held the bag completely upright the entire way, and still had a drink tip over. YOU NEED TO SECURE ALL THE DRINKS. THIS HAPPENS WITH LARGE COLD DRINKS THAT ARE VERY HEAVY. PUT AN EMPTY CUP IN THE BAG IF YOU HAVE TO. This is ridiculous. You are literally a coffee company and yet you can’t figure out a way to secure a drink in a bag??????????
Walked in and no hello, stood at the register for 2 minutes before anyone said anything to me, then a young man with a nose ring asked me what I wanted to drink and it looked like I was bugged him and he had a scorned look on his face! Make me want to come back for more service!
Rudest employees, and they always give me the wrong sandwich… I guess people can’t read here because I always get the baguette and everytime they give me the croissant instead. No sorry, no my bad, the worst starbucks I have been to. They also hide the online orders and then when you say your name they will hand you 1/2 of it and forget either ur drink or food. All of this has happened multiple times.
Really disappointing experience. I ordered two items for myself — the seasonal iced lavender oatmilk latte (no modifications with the exception of the kind of espresso used) and a set of the bacon Gruyère egg bites with a packet of srirachia. We showed up just a few minutes after placing the order to a not-so-busy cafe and food and drinks were already ready to go. Super chill staff, amazingly warm and were patient because I tend to have a lot of questions. Great coffee and great recommendations. One of the (best) Starbucks of all time.
