Big fan of Starbucks i came to this new place cause I'm not from santa rosa of course I wanted a coffee to start of my day, to start the lady of the drive tru was not welcoming and her tone of voice sounded off to me I ask for a caramel coffee It was not what I wanted I was my fault but still she gave me actitud cause I wanted to change the order this is what turn me off completely because this is not a nice costumer service now I have to return with a coffee I don't want ask your employees to do better!!!
