The coffee has really gone downhill, ordered a regular coffee and the taste is sooo bad!! It's like a burnt taste that's not drinkable.

Made a online order through the Starbucks app and the estimated time was 6:30pm. I understand the estimated is a ruff estimate and won't be ready on the dot. We arrived at the pick station and are drinks weren't ready or he didn't even start our order. Mind you we arrived couple minutes later then the estimated time.
