The baristas here are rockstars! They go the extra mile to make customers comfortable and satisfied. When you come in early in the morning, not only is it welcoming but it is also surprising in comparison to most other locations. Happy to say this is one of my favorite Starbucks locations!
Bree exhibited some impressive customer service skills. I’ve been to many Starbucks, yet her ability to respond and give 100% on the job was noticeably a cut above.
Absolutely the best Starbucks team I’ve ever met. The staff here in Sarasota are exceptional, cheerful, friendly and genuinely welcoming. They remember your name and greet you the moment you walk in, even from across the store. It feels like walking into a place where you’re truly seen. A rare kind of service these days, thank you!
Supposed to open at 6 am. It is 6:56 am and they said someone didn't show up. Purple hair society at it's best. Junk
