What is going on at this Starbucks?!! My daughter told me she received drinks filled up halfway so then I went the next day and 2 drinks were the same, only filled half way. I asked why they were only filled that way and the barista just started filling them with almond milk…not how the order specified. I ordered a hot chocolate which is a simple request and they gave me warm milk.
I came to this Starbucks location in PriceChopper twice. Never again. The first time the customer service was bad. They rather finish their conversation than pause to help customers, which isn’t a major deal breaker for me just a little head tilt of curiosity. Second time I got a cup full of whipped cream when I wanted a frappe… I questioned it because I’ve never received my frappe where the bottom was nothing but whipped cream and just the top was frappe in a venti cup before. They said it was standard… I’ll pass.
