They were out of venti cups and the barista took so long to take my order and didn't even apologize for being out of venti cups and for taking so long to take my order.
If I could give zero stars I would. This one particular barista was extremely rude to me. She first got my drink wrong on purpose and when I told her about it she gave me the nastiest look and told me to just take it. I was shocked but I told her please remake it I do not like this and instead of remaking it she just opened the lid and sloppily threw on Ingredients in front of me and gave it to me.
