Coffee had way too much ice and took forever to make, plus the milk was wrong.
Employees were very friendly, service was pretty fast, and my coffee was great!!

So pathetic. They need to get it figured out. Horrible service - even with mobile orders. At least 10 other people complained while I waited. I guess when people don't have many other options service doesn't matter.
