I ordered a venti cold brew with heavy cream and 2 packets of stevia and they put sweet cream full of sugar. I'm type 1 diabetic. I drank it (because it's hard to tell when drinking if it has real sugar or not) now I'm On my way to the hospital cause my blood sugar is through the roof. This could put me in a coma, I WILL be talking to management. This is unacceptable
Doesn’t open on-time. Should open at 0430 according to their sign. Google hours are not updated. Seems disorganized and mismanaged. Waited in line for them to open, only to find out that mobile order opened while the rest of us waited for the cashier to open his register late. Unacceptable Edited: ordered at 0430, it’s now 0502 and still no drink.
